SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather conditions, remote delivery locations, sale periods or holidays.
Israel – 35 ₪ (1-5 working days) / Studio pickup available by prior arrangment.
Rest of the world – 75 ₪ (5-10 working days)
We ship to the following destinations: Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland, USA, Belgium, Brazil, Britain, Germany, Denmark, South Korea, Holland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Poland, France, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, China.
Orders on items that we have in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Made to order items we aim to dispatch within 20 days. delays might occur during busy times or holidays. If for any reason a delay occurs we will contact you directly using your provided email address.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for customs and duty fees in any destination outside Israel. We are not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not provide a refund under these circumstances.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect.
Order tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, we will provide with an email containing the tracking number.

RETURN POLICY
You may exchange or return an item within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in the same condition it was received, in original packaging and including all tags. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Made-to-order items, as well as Sale and discounted items may not be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at info.eladoshri@gmail.com with your order number, as well as reason for the return. We will provide you with a return form and a shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.
In case of a faulty or damaged item please notify us as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of daily use and wear are not considered faulty. We may request that you provide us with images of the faulty item prior to authorising the return. We will offer an exchange or repair if possible. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged we offer a full refund, and will arrange for return of the faulty item.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned item in order to determine if a refund or exchange is possible. Once the inspection is completed the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This is also subject to your banks processing time.
Important: Since payments are processed through PayPal, cancellations will incur a deduction of the PayPal processing fee from your refund. Refunds will only be issued in full if the cancellation is due to a product defect, incorrect delivery, or other issues that we deem to be our responsibility.
